Oct 01-Mar 31 .. $300 night (up to 6 people main house).

additional persons $40.00 per night (Sleeps Up to 7 people Lower living area)

Apr 01-Sep 30 .. $350/night

The lower living area will sleep up to 7. An extra rate of $40.00 to $280.00 

for the 3 separate units each unit has a bedroom and a bath. One unit (ohana) 

has a full kitchen. All with there own separate entrances The rate is scalable 

depending upon the amount of people that are using the lower area. Email us 

for more information and a custom quote. The lower house is not rented 

separate from the main unit, so it can also be added after you are there 

and feel like you need more room.

$200 One-Time Cleaning Fee main house. 

$195 One-Time Cleaning Fee Lower area 

11.42% Hawaii State Taxes.

Refundable Loss, Damage, & Breakage Deposit Required

$500 Deposit required to secure your reservation. 

If reservation is cancelled and we are able to 

rebook the home for the same time period

90% of deposit will be refunded.

The balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. 

The Loss, Damage, & Breakage Deposit will 

be refunded within two weeks of your 

departure.
